When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

 If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

 Your data is secure and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. 

If you purchase a service, course, or product from this site your data is secure. This is not shared with anyone outside this organization. 

We use Stripe, Paypal to process payments from your card/ bank accounts via our secure checkout Thrivecart. 

How long we retain your data

 If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website login area(if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you make a payment through the secure website and checkout areas, basic data is retained only for legal, security, or tax purposes  and to provide the service or product you have purchased.  (for example it may be emailed or shipped to you via the information you have provided)

If you sign up to our opt ins – free products such as the angel library or sign up to the newsletter then we retain your name and email address to provide emails and the free services,  you can unsubscribe at anytime and all data is removed from the system until you sign up again. 

Your data is always secure and we do not share it with anyone outside this organization. It is only used for the purpose to provide the service you have purchased or requested. 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, have made payment or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

 Your payment details, personal details and data are not sold or shared with anyone. 

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.  We only use your information to process payments and contact you with your purchase. If a physical product is to be shipped it will be sent to the address you provide.

Any information you provide for a reading, part of a course or program, mentoring or healing will be treated as completely private and confidential and not shared or sent anywhere.  

Recordings of your sessions will be shared with you on request. Recordings are then deleted from our records.

1. General provisions

1.1. This privacy policy regulates the principles of collection, processing, and storage of personal data. Personal data is processed and stored by Rachel Scoltock, who is the controller of the personal data (hereinafter the controller).

1.2. For the purposes of this privacy policy, a data subject means the customer or another natural person whose personal data is processed by the controller.

1.3. For the purposes of this privacy policy, a customer means anyone who purchases goods or services on the controller’s website.

1.4. The controller observes the principles relating to personal data processing provided by legislation and, among other things, processes personal data in a lawful, fair, and secure manner. The controller is able to declare that personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

2. Collection, processing, and storage of personal data

2.1. The personal data collected, processed, and stored by the controller has been collected electronically, mainly via the website and e-mail.

2.2. By sharing their personal data, the data subject grants the controller the right to collect, arrange, use and administer, for the purpose defined in the privacy policy, the personal data that the data subject shares with the controller either directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services on the website.

2.3. The data subject is liable for the accuracy, correctness, and integrity of the data submitted by them. The submission of knowingly false data is regarded as a breach of the privacy policy. The data subject is required to immediately notify the controller of any changes in the data submitted.

2.4. The controller is not liable for any damage or loss caused to the data subject or a third party as a result of the submission of false data by the data subject.

3. Processing of personal data of customers

3.1. The controller may process the following personal data of the data subject:

3.1.5. Delivery address;

3.1.6. Bank account number/ Paypal account name

3.1.7. Payment card details;

3.2. In addition to the foregoing, the controller has the right to collect data about the customer that are available in public registers.

3.3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data points (a), (b), (c) and (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation:

(a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;

(b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

(c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

(f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

3.7. The controller stores the data of the data subjects depending on the purpose of processing, but no longer than for (5) years.

4. Rights of the data subject

4.1. The data subject has the right to gain access to and examine their personal data.

4.2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on the processing of their personal data.

4.3. The data subject has the right to modify or rectify inaccurate data.

4.4. If the controller processes personal data of the data subject based on the consent granted by the latter, the data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

4.6. To protect their rights, the data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.
